Dragonfly Dreams®

Drenched in salty water it cried.

Gossamer wings saturated and unable to fly.

It spoke in frequencies of gratitude; love for time in flight.

Not a martyr, not bent or broken, its fragile beauty in strength it glistened.

Upon my finger it rested silver in hues of conjured blues, its wings swooned. Intangible gift sunshine please bake walk gingerly in hopes of resurrection.

It fluttered it fought.

Reaching a hibiscus, the thought of finding a fitting pyre of flaming red made this ending journey a bit less enduring.

Settled on a pedal healing grafted, it flew.

Walking the sand dune trail home at twilight, there were 100’s of dragonfly’s above me. Quite the affirmation after a spiritual walk on the beach. My gratitude overflows for God Source/my Father. Know you are loved and protected beyond human understanding. ✨🙏🦋.
